Order has not arrived, been 3 weeks. Although their emails to me have been very polite they have still failed to resolve the issue.
Meanwhile I have had to buy alternative products. So they have lost business and a customer.

I'm writing this in hope of a reply. I've had a order now for nearly 3 weeks, all I've had is automated email replys. Still no parcel. The second part to this I will hopefully not have to write as I will be asking for a refund if not received by the weekend. Bit of a shame :/

Bought a gift card through prezzee got Father’s Day have been unable to redeem neither cornerstone or prezzee will help me neither will they refund me in this time of living they think it’s ok to tell me they can’t help or refund me for a gift that was meant for Father’s Day instead they want me to accept a credit to the account of the person whom I gifted it to … 3 months later then when it was meant for! Don’t waste your time on this useless company

Top quality blades
I order blades for my husband, I have been purchasing from this company for a few years now.
Originally we had tried a few other companies with the same service but nothing has come close to the quality of these blades... very happy to gave stumbled across this company.
The blades have lasted a more than sufficient amount of time and I no longer see my husband walking around with tissue on his face.

Great products and customer service
Cornerstone Customer service is excellent. My delivery did not arrive, so they immediately dispatched a replacement. No hassle and no fuss.
Their shaving products are also great - the handle is made of quality materials and stands up nicely in my bathroom. The blades are brilliant - I've tried many brands and suffered from cuts and rashes - no issues with Cornerstone blades.

I have had a subscription with Cornerstone for a number of years. Earlier this year they reduced the size of their body wash bottle from 400ml to 300ml without any communication and.... you guessed it, the price stayed the same. Not really tenable to think that this is acceptable.
Absolutely spot on.
I’ve been a Cornerstone convert for almost 3 years after 30+ years of using Gillette. I only shave once a week (a perk of being retired!) and I cannot recommend Cornerstone highly enough. Not only do I get a far superior shave (I had to shave twice with Gillette whereas with these I only need to make one pass) but the customer service is top drawer. The handle is in my opinion every bit as important as the blade in terms of getting such a close shave, and they’ve really thought outside of the box with this one. It’s a 5* from me!

A really good product and service
A really good product. I have very sensitive skin and despite shaving for decades I am very susceptible to razor burn I have tried many products but the shaving gel from Cornerstone is the best and also very reasonably priced. The after shave balm is particularly good for sunburn and the exfoliant is very effective and not brutal like some. I never seem to finish the moisturiser though. I have had to contact customer support but only once when I moved to France and needed to change my address, they were fast, friend and efficient.

Really good
Customer service is always amazing, and you don't feel like you're trapped in an online subscription as they make it super simple to adjust the frequency of your deliveries and always warn you before they take the money out your account. I really like the handle and blade - gives a really good shave.

3 years and so far so good for me
3 years and so far so good for me. Decent products and prices . Very reliable. I had an issue this month , being sent items without the usual email warning. It was dealt with within hours via email and I was given a refund. After my experiences with online companies recently, this one maintains a good all round quality service. Please keep it up!

I have used Cornerstone for years now…
I have used Cornerstone for years now and have no intention of changing. I did however find myself a little overstocked on blades. I was expecting to find that there was nothing I could do about it, or that to change my order would be the most difficult thing ever - as many websites do nowadays. However, it was pleasantly simple and straightforward. It's things like this that demonstrate that this is a business that cares about it's customers!

Absolutely the best I have ever used
I have been sold on their products for some time now and will continue. Living in South Africa, COVID caused me to buy locally for a while as SA attempted to sort out their postal (not so)-service. You never know how good something is until you don't have it. Blades give best shave and last forever, love the pre-gel and post balm. I am starting to try some of their other products.

Utterly brilliant razor
Utterly brilliant razor. Blades stay sharp forever. I tried Harry's at the same time and their blades rusted in the first few days.The Cornerstone razor gives a brilliant shave and is really nice to use. Shaving has become a lot more enjoyable. The gel and balm are also brilliant. Can't recommend this product and this company any higher. Buy with absolute confidence.

Good Product - Bad Marketing Preferences
Good product, can't fault it - but the 50 emails a week from "Lucy at Cornerstone" despite updating marketing preferences has annoyed me enough to jump ship.
Irritatingly, everytime you make an order it changes the preferences (I was doing this as the subscription timings didn't suit my frequency of needing new blades). Would happily come back if and when this is sorted, but for now I am trying Harry's!
